Are your products available in different colours?
Most designs are available in different colours. i.e. colour of flowers, background papers etc, to match in
with your own colour theme.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
All cards can be ordered in any quantity and adapted to the occasion of your choice.
Please note that the larger quantity you order, special discounted rates are available.
Do all cards come with envelopes?
Yes. All cards are supplied with white envelopes free of charge. If you require any other colours of envelopes
these are available at extra cost. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Is there a charge for new designs?
Yes. There is a design fee of £30.00 for any different design requested other than the ones displayed
What is the expected delivery time of an order?
All cards are made to order so please allow at least 5-7 days for delivery dependant on quantity. We will contact you
to inform you of delivery once you have placed your order. The standard delivery times of orders are as follows:
Christening/Birth Announcements - If ordering less than 20 cards, please allow 5-7 days delivery. Quantities above this
amount, we kindly ask you to allow up to 10-14 days.
Wedding Stationery - Wedding Stationery should ideally be sent out
to your guests approximately four to six months before the wedding date. Please place your order at the latest six weeks
before your big day to allow for proofs to be discussed and confirmed. Please note that payment in full is due 28 days
before pre arranged delivery for all Wedding Stationery orders. If ordering less than 20 cards, please allow 5-7 days delivery.

Funeral Order of Service - A proof of insert style will be forwarded to you within 48 hours before the order is processed.
Please allow 2-5 days after confirmation of proof, dependant on quantity, for delivery. We understand the urgency of your
order and will try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
What are the expected delivery costs?
Delivery - Delivery charges to UK and mainland addresses are calculated on quantity and weight of order. We will discuss this with you when discussing your main order, for your acceptance of such costs. If delivery is required outside the UK mainland, extra charges will be incurred. Please contact us for details.
Orders are normally returned to the address given at the point of ordering but may be delivered to another UK mainland address if preferred. For a small premium, a faster delivery than normal can be arranged on your behalf. All goods are sent special recorded delivery so as to insure them against any unfortunate event.
Can I choose any wording/verse or typeface?
All invitations and cards come complete with white inserts and can have the message/template of your choice or can be left blank. We do have pre-set templates but the choice is yours. The Typeface available is as follows:
 
 
 
 
 

What are the Scrolls for?
Many people provide favors for their Guests at the reception but find that a lot are left behind as people cannot fit them in their bags or pockets or they just forget them. These beautifully hand crafted keepsake scrolls are small and petite enough to be able to fit in any bag or pocket and can have the verse of your choice in Black/Silver or Gold text, with your name and date on, for you to say thank you for them making your day so special. You may consider asking your Bridesmaids to hand these out on a Silver Platter to Guests as an extra special touch.
These Scrolls have also been popular with Businesses i.e. Restaurants, to say 'Thank you for your custom, we hope your enjoyed your meal.' The Business name and Address are added on for people to remember them by. They are usually given at the end of the meal with the bill.
Do you offer a refund if I am not happy with the product?
Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order, in good condition, as long as no personalisation has taken place. i.e. a New Baby card with a standard greeting of 'I's A Girl' with no other adaptations, will be accepted for a refund. You have the right to cancel an order if you wish. Please see cancellation rights below.
We pride ourselves in providing a high quality product and excellent customer service so if you are not happy with any of your goods received please contact us straight away and we will endeavor to sort the problem out for you.
Quality - We have an unsurpassed reputation for quality. Whilst every effort will be made to supply cards exactly as sampled, we must reserve the right to substitute materials as necessary. However it is our policy to improve our standard specifications. We will inform all customers of any changes as soon as possible.
Cancellation & Refunds - You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the original date the order is placed and any monies received by us will be refunded in full. After the 14 day period no refund of deposits will be available. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
