Ordering Information

Ordering - When ordering please check your printing instructions carefully in order to avoid misunderstanding or delay. All orders for Christenings/Birth Announcements and Funeral Order of Service are to be paid in full at point of order. A 50% deposit is required at the time of all Wedding Stationery orders. The outstanding amount remaining will be due 28 days before delivery.

Quantity - Any quantity is accepted

Envelopes and inserts -Envelopes are supplied free of charge with all orders if required. Inserts are available in white or cream, and are available printed or unprinted.

Wordings - Please choose your preferred typeface shown below. The choice of ink colours are Black or Gold or Silver Hot Foiling. Printed text in Gold or Silver Hot Foiling will be charged at 40 pence extra per card. Wording samples are shown for text only and not for layout as layouts may differ from the samples shown, depending on the quantity of the customer's personal text and choice of wording. Alternatively, customers own wording can be used, but a full and clear copy must be provided.

Order of Service - All printed in black. Different typeface is available dependant on information required and size of card.

Repeats and reprints - Alterations to copies received after the original order has been printed will be charged for, dependant on quantity. Extra quantities will be charged for as normal price listing.

Samples - Samples are available for any design. These will be charged for at single card cost but will be refunded on any order placed. Please see price list for details.

Proofs - A complete card proof (a sample of how the finished card will look) can be supplied for any order. Again, please refer to the price list for this service and allow an additional 10 working days for this service (exceptions for Funeral Order of Service which will be dealt with within 48 hours) . Proof approvals with no alterations can be actioned via post, fax or telephone. Alterations must be made in writing. Standard delivery time will commence when final proof approval has been proved (exceptions for Funeral Order of Service which will be posted within 2-5 days).
