Quality - We have an unsurpassed reputation for quality. Whilst every effort will be made to supply cards exactly as sampled, we must reserve the right to substitute materials as necessary. However it is our policy to improve our standard specifications. We will inform all customers of any changes as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Refunds - Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order, unopened and in good condition, as long as no personalisation has taken place. We regret to say that any goods that have been personalized will be classed as non refundable goods. If there is a problem with your goods, please contact us and we will do our best to help rectify the problem for you. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the original date the order is placed and any monies received by us will be refunded in full. After the 14 day period no refund of deposits will be available. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
