Definition

Seller - Tomlia Designs.

Buyer - The person named on the order form or purchase order.

Goods - All the items to be supplied and all the work to be done by the seller as specified in the order form or purchase order.

Purchase Order'' - the buyers purchase order or completed order form which specifies that these conditions apply to it.

The Contract- is the arrangement between the buyer and seller, comprising the purchase order, these conditions and any other documents specified in the purchase order/order form.
